Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. If there is an issue with your item, for example it is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

UK Delivery (3-5 working days)

All UK orders under £20 will be charged £3.50 postage.

All UK orders between £20 - £100.00 will be charged £5.00 postage.

We offer free postage on all UK orders over £100. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or via a courier service for larger items.

Please be aware that deliveries may need to be signed for, if there is no one available to sign for your delivery then the courier will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package.

International Delivery

International postage is generally charged at £20 for lighter items and £40 for heavier items such as rugs. Total weight is calculated at checkout but If you're ordering several heavy items to be sent outside the UK - please contact me first for an accurate shipping quote.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays.  Any customs taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, please check the guidance on this for your specific country to avoid any surprises.  Particularly now that the UK has left the EU - as fees that were not levied before Brexit may now be applied.  When checking any fees, please take into consideration that the country of origin for most of our products is India, not the UK.
