Refund policy

If you are unhappy with any item, we offer an exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt.  Please contact us in the first instance for a returns address.

The cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, unless you found the item to be faulty or damaged.

We can arrange a courier returns label for you to take the parcel to a local drop off point or for home collection, or you can arrange the return yourself.  Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for smaller items or insurance from a courier for your larger returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. 

Please note refunds may take up to 3 working days to process and will be refunded back through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.  Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.
